CIRStatements Upgrade to Wove Platform - New Login and Experience
The way you log in to view your online accounts is changing! Our current CIRStatements login process is moving to a new platform that will be requiring two-step verification, and we want to help.
On April 28th CIRStatements is upgrading their current system to a new platform. You will continue to use CIRStatements, while seeing some enhanced features and functionality including a more intuitive and secure experience.
After setting up and initial login, two-factor authentication will be required each time you log in for your security.
Here’s What’s Changing
New Login Process: Your new username will be your email address, rather than a unique user ID. Please note you will need to have your CIRStatements user ID on hand during the initial login process to ensure your data is synched properly.
Enhanced Security: Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) will be utilized for better data protection.
New Interface: The new interface offers a user-friendly experience with enhanced collaboration features and self-service tools for easier account management.
Here’s a guide to help you get oriented.
You’ll be able to access CIRStatements until the upgrade is complete on or around April 28, 2025 . After this, you’ll need to set up the two-step verification process.
Enter your email address as your new username and create a new password.

You’ll receive a one-time verification code sent to your email.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
We’d also like to encourage being proactive to reduce the risk of becoming a victim of identity theft. As we use technology more and more in our everyday lives there are measures we can take to help protect ourselves. Utah’s Department of Consumer Protection offers some effective strategies:
Monitor Your Credit Reports Regularly
Request a free credit report from each of the three major credit bureaus- Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Review these and look for unfamiliar accounts, inquiries you didn’t authorize, or incorrect personal information.
Utilize Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) helps ensure that your account remains secure even if your password becomes compromised.
- Secure Personal Information Online
Use strong, unique passwords for each of your accounts, and consider using a password manager to keep track of them. Be cautious about the information you share on social media and adjust your privacy settings to limit who can access your profiles. Avoid using public Wi-Fi for sensitive transactions.
- Protect Yourself Offline
Shred documents that contain sensitive information before throwing it away. Be wary of sharing personal data over the phone.
- Stay Informed About Scams
Scammers are constantly evolving! You can subscribe to consumer protection newsletters or follow organizations like the Federal Trade Commission, which is dedicated to cybersecurity. You can report scams and file complaints at dcp.utah.gov
You can prioritize your online safety by staying informed and cautious.
Most importantly, we’re here to help you!
